In order to reflect the interdisciplinary nature of the field, the Arizona Center for Medieval and Renaissance Studies has established a certificate program for undergraduate students in medieval and Renaissance studies.
The program provides students the opportunity to take classes from several disciplines and to receive training in both Latin, the international language of the periods, and early vernacular languages. Obtaining the certificate prepares undergraduate students for advanced study in their fields.
